Everything Mary XXL 4 Wheel Collapsible Rolling Sewing Machine Storage Case, Heather Grey

This rolling extra extra large case is absolutely perfect for keeping my Viking Sapphire 930 sewing supplies together. I bought this large machine several years and purchased a case from that company to store my machine. That rolling case was less than satisfactory in size and durability. So, I started investigating other cases. I had learned about Everything Mary at the AQS show in Paducah, KY. This rolling grey case holds my machine with the hard dust cover on it and even has room for the table that slips on the machine. There is also room to spare. I love it!!!

They are really nice but open differently then most cases. They are made to open in the front to use while in the case. I’m happy with them.

I like the width of the bag but the depth is too big. My machine is 9” deep and bag is 13”.

Bought a sewing bag, was gift for friend it was way to big for what they wanted , the packing slip that came with case said they do not pay for return shipping and to send email with my request...... they contacted me 4 days later, but by that time I did what it said on packing slip and its cost me $54.00 to return this bag. after shipping package their website open after many tries. website said free returns but on another place in their site it also said they would deduct shipping from refund. after I spend money to return this case. I sent another email explaining the situation the lady who answered all she said was, I did not request by email a return label and if I wanted a return labels she told me where to get it.if she had read my email she would have known that the bag was on its way back to them and I gave then UPS tracking number also ,so why would I try and get a mailing label !!!!! . But she didn't read that. I had already sent it back at the cost of $54 do not do any business with this company. They do not reply to the emails and there should be a phone number that you can talk to a person.. their is a phone but they always say very busy leave a number we will get back to you ..... I try calling then over 10 times left message and guess what they never got back to me >>>>>surprise no I'm not.

Been waiting and waiting since Dec. 26 fir RMA return email. Still don’t have it. Can’t call you because you don’t have a listed phone number. Are you kidding me?! Very displeased!
