Price increase?

I bought 17 cases from this site, all is well, just what I wanted. Bought one originally from walmart, was what I want to store my beads, decided to go to the manufacturer. Went to buy more directly, I need something like 25 more but the price increased from 4.99 to 8.99? This price increase was less than a week after my original 17 arrived. Talk about a price gouge. I'll wait, get them one at a time at walmart who sells them 4.97 but only stocks 3-5 at a time. And I thought shopping directly would save money, silly me.

Items arrived shattered

I had a really bad experience with my items. I purchased several acrylic storage cases, and every one of them arrived shattered and unusable. I get that things happen sometimes, but when I inquired about a refund I was told that I had to send them back to even be considered for a refund. This was extremely disappointing, especially because we are told that we should only go out for essential reasons because of COVID-19. I definitely do not want to leave just to go to the post office to ship back items that I paid for that arrived broken.
